The MedXHOME Phototherapy System has been developed to offer a home care choice to patients while maintaining careful outcome evaluation by the programming clinician. This is an ideal device for practitoners to loan or rent to their patients because it allows the monitoring of patient treatments usage and outcomes.
This System is lightweight and user-friendly and uses hands-free superluminous diode (SLD) technology to administer phototherapy treatments in the comfort of the patient’s home. Protocols are programmed by the treatment provider using the MedX Treatment Guidelines, which outlines accurate protocols and settings for over 65 common ailments. A maximum of five different treatments can be programmed into the System at one time. The number of days for use is set by the clinician to ensure the system and the patient return to the clinic. The System set-up is quick and easy and makes preparing for treatments simple.
